• Amends Oklahoma school immunization law (70 O.S. 2011, Section 1210.192) by changing "this state" to "the state" to clarify grammatical language

• Allows minor children to submit medical exemptions from immunization requirements through a licensed physician's certificate stating the child's physical condition makes immunization dangerous

• Allows minor children to submit written parental/guardian objections to immunization as an alternative exemption method

• Both medical and parental objection exemptions allow children to be exempt from state immunization laws

• Effective date: November 1, 2013
