• Increases Oklahoma's renewable energy standard goal from 15% to 20% of installed electricity generation capacity by 2020 (moved from the 2015 target date)

• Expands qualifying renewable energy resources to include combined heat and power, waste heat recovery, and allows the Corporation Commission to approve other renewable sources
