ENR. H.B. NO. 2307 - University Hospitals Authority

• University Hospitals Authority sets duties and compensation of employees as needed to perform its legal obligations.

• Authority transfers $500,000 from Section 68 appropriations to the University Hospitals Authority Disbursing Fund.

• Authority transfers $2,000,000 from Section 68 appropriations to the Oklahoma Institute for Disaster and Emergency Medicine Revolving Fund.

• Authority transfers $625,000 from Section 68 appropriations to the Dental Loan Repayment Revolving Fund.

• $3,000,000 allocated for patient care at University of Oklahoma Wayman Tisdale Specialty Health Clinic; $712,000 for hearing services for deaf and hard-of-hearing children; $200,000 for primary care quality enhancement through Area Health Education Centers and Public Health Institute of Oklahoma; $100,000 for dental outreach services provided by Oklahoma Dental Foundation.

• Appropriations can be budgeted for fiscal year 2014 (encumbered through June 30, 2014, expended by November 15, 2014) or fiscal year 2015 (encumbered through June 30, 2015, expended by November 15, 2015), but not both simultaneously.

• Act becomes effective July 1, 2013, with emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage and approval.
