HCR 1010 Summary

• Approves transfer of approximately 588.5 acres of real property and associated personal property at Boggy Depot State Park from the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission to the Chickasaw Nation

• Designates the transfer for purposes of public recreation and historic preservation of a location of interest to both Oklahoma and the Chickasaw Nation

• Retains all mineral rights for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department or the State of Oklahoma

• Transfer remains subject to the authority and requirements in Section 2224 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes

• Requires distribution of the resolution to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, OTRC, the Executive Director of the Tourism and Recreation Department, and the Governor of the Chickasaw Nation
