Expresses the Oklahoma Legislature's appreciation and support for the state's archives, libraries, museums, and other cultural heritage institutions for preserving Oklahoma's history and culture.

Recognizes over 800 archives, libraries, and museums in Oklahoma that serve as designated stewards of the state's cultural heritage dating back to prestatehood.

Notes that these institutions attract more than 8,000,000 visits annually, support over 4,000 employees, and utilize over 12,000 volunteers while contributing significant economic benefits to communities statewide.

Acknowledges the institutions' role in enhancing Oklahoma's reputation worldwide and supporting cultural tourism programs and affordable educational experiences for learners of all ages.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Director of the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Historical Society, Directors of the Oklahoma Cultural Heritage Trust, and Executive Director of the Oklahoma Museums Association.
