Approves three permanent rules adopted by the Oklahoma Board of Examiners in Optometry on January 18, 2013: OAC 505:10-3-7, OAC 505:10-3-8, and OAC 505:10-3-9

Rule approval is required by Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes for any rule establishing or increasing fees by agencies created under Title 59

Legislature must approve such rules by joint resolution or they are deemed disapproved if not approved by the last day of the legislative session

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor, the Oklahoma Board of Examiners in Optometry, and the editor of The Oklahoma Register
