Legislature approves eight permanent rules adopted by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy on January 16, 2013, including rules OAC 535:1-14-4, 535:13-1-1, 535:13-1-3, 535:13-1-4, 535:15-3-12, 535:15-10-3, 535:15-10-64, and 535:15-16-4.

Approval is required under Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which mandates that any rule establishing or increasing fees by an agency created by Title 59 must be approved by the Legislature through joint resolution.

If the Legislature fails to approve the rule by the last day of the legislative session, the rule is automatically deemed disapproved.

Secretary of State is directed to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor, Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy, and the editor of The Oklahoma Register.
