• Approves permanent rules adopted by the Oklahoma Funeral Board on February 14, 2013, specifically rules OAC 235:1-1-2, 235:10-1-2, 235:10-1-4, 235:10-3-2, 235:10-3-5, 235:10-7-2, and 235:10-11-1

• Requires legislative approval by joint resolution for any rules that establish or increase fees or rules by boards and commissions created under Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes, per Title 75, Section 308
