Legislature approves 10 permanent rules adopted by the Oklahoma Insurance Department on March 25, 2013: OAC 365:1-9-18, 365:25-5-3, 365:25-5-4, 365:25-5-5, 365:25-5-6, 365:25-5-8, 365:25-5-35, 365:25-5-38, 365:25-5-41, 365:25-5-47, and 365:25-5-51.

Two rules are excluded from approval: OAC 365:25-5-33 and 365:25-5-48.

Approval is required under Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes for any rule that establishes or increases fees or is adopted by an agency receiving authority from Title 59.

Secretary of State directed to distribute copies to the Governor, Oklahoma Insurance Department, and The Oklahoma Register.

Passed House on May 7, 2013 and Senate on May 21, 2013.
