Approves permanent rules adopted by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) on March 12, 2013, as required by Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes for rules that establish or increase fees.

Approves the following specific rules: OAC 390:1-1-6, 390:1-1-10, 390:2-1-1, 390:2-1-4, 390:35-7-7, and 390:35-9-5.

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor, CLEET, and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register."

Rules require legislative approval by joint resolution or are deemed disapproved if not approved by the last day of the legislative session.
