Legislature approves permanent rule OAC 92:10-1-4 adopted by the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission on March 6, 2013

Rule approval is required under Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes for rules establishing or increasing fees by agencies or boards created under Title 59

Rule would be deemed disapproved if Legislature fails to approve by the last day of the legislative session

Secretary of State directed to distribute copies of resolution to the Governor, Oklahoma State Athletic Commission, and editor of "The Oklahoma Register"

Resolution passed House on May 9, 2013 and Senate on May 21, 2013
