Legislature approves eight permanent rules adopted by the Oklahoma State Department of Health on March 12, 2013: OAC 310:405-1-2.1, 310:405-3-2, 310:405-9-2, 310:405-17-2, 310:405-17-3, 310:405-17-4.1, 310:405-21-5, and 310:405-27-3.

Required approval under Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which mandates that any rule establishing or increasing fees by an agency receiving authority from Title 59 must be approved by the Legislature via joint resolution.

Rules are deemed disapproved if the Legislature fails to approve them by the last day of the legislative session.

Secretary of State directed to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor, Oklahoma State Department of Health, and the editor of The Oklahoma Register.
