• Legislature approves 12 permanent rules adopted by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission on March 20, 2013, including rules numbered OAC 605:1-1-4, 605:10-1-2, 605:10-5-1, 605:10-5-1.1, 605:10-5-2, 605:10-7-2, 605:10-7-7, 605:10-7-9, 605:10-7-10, 605:10-9-4, 605:10-15-2, and 605:10-17-4.

• Approval is required under Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which mandates legislative approval by joint resolution for any rule establishing or increasing fees by agencies created under Title 59.
