Declares March 2013 as American Red Cross Month in Oklahoma.

Recognizes the American Red Cross's disaster relief efforts in Oklahoma following tornadoes in Woodward and Norman, wildfires across the state, and regular emergency responses to house and apartment fires.

Acknowledges approximately 50 Oklahoma Red Cross volunteers who deployed to the East Coast to assist with relief efforts in New York and New Jersey following Super Storm Sandy.

Notes the Red Cross's role as a congressionally chartered organization responsible for disaster preparedness and response in the United States, as well as serving as a communications link between military personnel and their families.

Highlights the Red Cross's community preparedness work through CPR and first aid training, and its provision of nearly 40 percent of the nation's blood supply through blood drives.
