• Sends heartfelt remembrances to families, friends, and neighbors of the 168 people killed in the April 19, 1995 terrorist bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.

• Sends remembrances to those injured in the bombing and expresses gratitude to first responders, rescue workers, medical personnel, and volunteers who assisted during and after the attack.

• Commemorates the 18th anniversary of the bombing occurring on April 19, 2013.
