Amends 36 O.S. 2011, Section 1435.20 to allow car rental company employees and authorized representatives to sell insurance coverage without individual licenses when the rental or leasing company holds a car rental limited lines license.

Modifies 36 O.S. 2011, Section 1435.23 to establish new fee structure for car rental limited lines licenses: $40.00 for one or two locations and $500.00 for three or more locations (biennial fee for resident or nonresident companies).

Adds nonresident limited lines producer biennial license option with a $100.00 fee.

Amends 36 O.S. 2011, Section 1435.41 to require insurers to provide policy information to terminated life, accident, and health insurance producers who remain as agent of record or servicing agent, provided the insured authorizes release of the information.

Takes effect November 1, 2013.
