SB1022 Summary

• Extends the Construction Industries Board's sunset date from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2016 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

• Changes board composition to require seven members with specific trade experience (plumbing, electrical, mechanical contractors/journeymen, building/construction inspectors) appointed by the Governor with Senate confirmation.
