Authorizes bail bondsmen to write bonds on up to 10 defendants per calendar year (January 1 - December 31) in counties outside their resident county.

Each date a bond or bonds are written on a single individual counts as one of the ten-defendant limit, regardless of any previously written bonds on that same person.

The ten-defendant limit does not apply in counties that do not have a registered bondsman.

Effective date: July 1, 2013, with emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage and approval.
