Allows retail package stores to sell alcoholic beverages packaged with nonalcoholic promotional items if the manufacturer provides the packaging and items at the manufacturer's expense.

Manufacturers must make promotional packaging equally available to all retail package store licensees in Oklahoma based on reasonable supply and the retailer's needs.

Individual servings of strong cocktails and shots (6 ounces or less) must be sold in original manufacturer packaging with clear product content labeling.

Manufacturers may package multiple individual servings of strong cocktails or shots into a single unit if properly labeled describing the number of servings included.

Takes effect November 1, 2013.
