Amends 85 O.S. 2011, Section 349 regarding workers' compensation claims and permanent partial impairment awards.

Prohibits assignment, release, or commutation of workers' compensation benefits except as provided by the Workers' Compensation Code.

Exempts compensation benefits from claims of creditors and from levy, execution, attachment, or other debt collection remedies (except for child support liens).

Establishes priority of payment for permanent partial impairment awards to surviving spouses, children, dependent blind or crippled children, parents, and siblings upon the claimant's death from causes other than the work injury.

Effective date: November 1, 2013.
