Amends 28 O.S. 2011, Section 152.1 to add a new courthouse security fee of $10.00 in civil cases, which shall be deposited into the local court fund.

Maintains existing civil case fees including charges for posting notices ($30), filing counterclaims ($20), mailing writs ($10), serving process ($50), sheriff's sales ($75), jury requests ($349), issuing summons ($5), court reporter services ($20), and summary judgment motions ($50).

Sheriff's fees for service and sales are paid into the Sheriff's Service Fee Account, while all other fees go into the local court fund in the county where collected.

Jury request fees must be paid at the time of the pretrial conference by the requesting party.

Effective date: November 1, 2013.
