• Exempts facilities operated by the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs from the Nursing Facilities Quality of Care Fee assessed under 56 O.S. 2011, Section 2002.

• Exempts Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs facilities from application fees, license fees, and license amendment fees related to continuum of care facilities and assisted living centers under 63 O.S. 2011, Sections 1-890.4 and 1-1905.

• Applies the exemptions to all fees previously assessed against these state-operated veteran facilities for licensing and quality of care purposes.

• Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
