Amends the Oklahoma Medicaid Program Reform Act of 2003 (56 O.S. 2011, Section 1010.1) to modify income verification procedures for Medicaid eligibility

Changes the income verification language from "applicant's individual income" to "individual's income," broadening the scope of whose income can be verified

Adds Internal Revenue Service records to the list of approved sources for verifying an individual's income, alongside existing sources including Oklahoma Tax Commission records, new hire data from the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, and child support payment data from the Department of Human Services

Requires the Oklahoma Tax Commission, Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, and Department of Human Services to cooperate with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to establish secure electronic transmission procedures for income data
