Amends 26 O.S. 2011, Section 2-129 regarding compensation of precinct officials in elections.

Authorizes county election boards to appoint volunteer inspectors, judges, clerks and counters who are not entitled to receive the standard compensation.

Maintains existing compensation structure: inspectors receive $95.00 per election, judges/clerks/counters receive $85.00 per election, plus mileage reimbursement at State Travel Reimbursement Act rates.

Adds $2.00 per election payment to each precinct official from county funds.

Declares an emergency effective upon passage and approval.
