Voters who have changed their name or address within the same county must present a voter identification card or other proof of identity to vote, rather than just the voter ID card alone

Proof of identity requirements modified: identification cards that are valid indefinitely now qualify regardless of the holder's age, removing the previous restriction limiting this exception to persons 65 years of age or older

Provisional ballots cast without proof of identity will only be counted if the voter's name, address, date of birth, and driver license number or last four digits of Social Security number on the sworn affidavit match the voter registration database

Voters who have legally changed their name or address but not updated their registration may note this on their provisional ballot affidavit and submit an update form to have their ballot counted
