Licensed architects and professional engineers providing voluntary, uncompensated services during declared emergencies are immune from liability for personal injury, wrongful death, or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct

Out-of-state licensed architects and engineers may inspect and placard structures for safety and habitability in Oklahoma during emergencies when in-state professionals are insufficient, upon request by the Governor

Out-of-state professionals must be members of a mobile support team from their licensing state and receive orders from their home state's Governor to provide emergency services

Immunity protection applies only to services performed during the emergency or within 90 days after the emergency period ends, unless extended by gubernatorial executive order
