Extends the Oklahoma Sorghum Commission's existence from July 1, 2009 to July 1, 2018 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law

The Commission consists of five elected members representing five geographic districts across Oklahoma, plus the President of the State Board of Agriculture as an ex officio nonvoting member

Elected members must be Oklahoma residents, at least 25 years old, engaged in sorghum production for at least five years, and derive income from sorghum production

Commission members serve five-year terms and may serve a maximum of two full terms; members receive no compensation but are reimbursed for travel expenses

Declared an emergency measure, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval
