Amends 18 O.S. 2011, Section 552.3 regarding registration requirements for charitable organizations soliciting contributions in Oklahoma.

Charitable organizations must register annually with the Secretary of State by the date they file Form 990 or by the extended filing deadline, whichever is first.

Registration fees are $65.00 for most organizations (split: $15 to General Revenue Fund, $34 to Attorney General Charitable Solicitations Enforcement Revolving Fund, $16 to Secretary of State Charitable Solicitations Revolving Fund), with reduced fee of $15.00 for organizations with less than $10,000 in annual contributions.

Organizations must provide detailed information including legal name, mailing address, officer/director names, professional fundraiser details, tax exemption documentation, solicitation methods, and compensation arrangements.

Effective date: November 1, 2013.
