Creates a 7-member Task Force on Vocational Services for Persons with Developmental Disabilities, set to expire November 30, 2013

Task force will examine reimbursement rates for employment opportunities, identify abuses or inefficiencies in the current system, and recommend legislative actions

Four members appointed by Senate President Pro Tempore (2 senators including Health and Human Services Committee chair, 1 sheltered workshop director, 1 parent/guardian of person with developmental disability)

Three members appointed by House Speaker (2 representatives including Human Services Committee chair, 1 representative of developmental disability advocacy association)

Department of Human Services to provide staff support; report due to legislative leadership by November 30, 2013; effective date July 1, 2013 with emergency clause
