SB411 Summary

• Amends 37 O.S. 2011, Section 510 to establish salary ranges for positions within the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission effective July 1, 2013

• Sets specific annual salaries for Director ($96,305), Assistant Director ($91,409), General Counsel ($89,000), and Law Enforcement Program Administrator ($84,674)

• Establishes salary ranges for five levels of ABLE agents, from Level I (minimum $30,000, maximum $41,875) through Level V (minimum $56,492, maximum $72,500)

• Includes provision that no employee's salary shall be decreased below what they received on January 1, 2013

• Declares an emergency to make the act effective immediately upon passage and approval
