Amends Oklahoma's attorney-client privilege statute (12 O.S. 2011, Section 2502) to add a new subsection G addressing disclosure agreements in state court proceedings

Establishes that agreements regarding the effect of privileged disclosure in Oklahoma state court proceedings are binding only on the parties to the agreement, unless incorporated into a court order

Authorizes Oklahoma courts to issue orders declaring that attorney-client privilege or work-product protection is not waived by disclosure connected with litigation pending before that court

Provides that when a court issues such a protective order, the disclosure is also protected from waiver in any other federal or state proceeding
