Removes the baccalaureate degree requirement for electrologist licensure in Oklahoma, allowing applicants to qualify with only a high school diploma and completion of Board-approved curriculum and internship.

Renumbers electrologist qualification requirements, making curriculum completion and professional experience the primary educational requirements rather than a four-year college degree.

Expands acceptable countries for postgraduate medical training to include Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand in addition to previously approved locations (United States, territories, possessions, Canada, England, and Scotland).

Makes technical and gender-neutral language corrections throughout the electrologist licensing statute (59 O.S. 2011, Section 536.7).

Effective date is November 1, 2013.
