Creates a Task Force on Regulatory Standards for Hospice Care that continues until December 31, 2013, subject to Oklahoma's Sunset Law.

Task force membership includes: Director of Oklahoma Department of Human Services, State Commissioner of Health, executive director of hospice advocacy association, two hospice industry representatives, two home healthcare industry representatives, two state senators, and two state representatives.

Task force shall examine regulatory disparities between hospice care and similar industries in Oklahoma and make specific recommendations to the Legislature regarding adequate regulation, education, and training of hospice care employees.

Members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for travel expenses according to the State Travel Reimbursement Act; task force meets monthly with Oklahoma Department of Human Services providing staff assistance.

Effective date is July 1, 2013, with emergency clause allowing immediate implementation.
