Amends 74 O.S. Section 2227 to update the statutory reference to the "Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission" and clarify it is "hereafter known as the Commission"

Declares all state parks to be state game refuges and requires the Commission to stock state parks with game and fish in the same manner as other state game refuges

Updates language regarding the Commission's authority and responsibilities for wildlife management in state parks

Effective date: November 1, 2013
