Excludes military service time from computing statutes of limitations for civil actions, proceedings, and claims brought by or against service members, their heirs, executors, and assigns in Oklahoma courts and governmental agencies.

Prevents military service periods from being counted toward redemption timeframes for real property sold or forfeited to enforce tax obligations, assessments, or other liens.

Applies to causes of action that accrued both before and during military service, as well as timeframes that extend beyond the effective date.

Codifies the provision as Section 48.2 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Effective November 1, 2013.
