Amends 12A O.S. 2011, Section 2-403 to add new subsection (5) restricting the transfer of livestock title

Prohibits a purchaser from transferring good title to livestock to a third-party buyer until the original seller receives payment for the livestock

Makes language changes to use gender-neutral pronouns ("the merchant" instead of "his") throughout the section

Adds a new section heading "Power to Transfer; Good Faith Purchase of Goods; 'Entrusting'" to clarify the statute's scope
