Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 1-101 to update the official name and citation method of the Oklahoma School Code

Changes the statute's reference from "This act" to "Section 1-101 et seq. of this title" to clarify the scope of the Oklahoma School Code

Allows the code to be "cited" in addition to being "known as" the Oklahoma School Code (updating outdated statutory language)

Effective date: July 1, 2013

Emergency clause included for immediate effect upon passage and approval
