Senate Bill 619 Summary

• Amends 68 O.S. 2011, Section 341 to expand grounds for license cancellation by the Oklahoma Tax Commission for cigarette and tobacco dealers.

• Adds license cancellation for dealers convicted of violating any law pertaining to the use, possession, manufacture, or sale of controlled substances under the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act.

• Adds license cancellation for dealers found guilty of violating any rule or order issued to control new or noncontrolled products or substances under Title 63, Section 2-201 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

• Adds license cancellation for dealers convicted of violating any federal drug or narcotic law.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2013.
