Amends 10A O.S. 2011, Section 1-1-105 to expand the definition of "person responsible for a child's health, safety, or welfare" under the Oklahoma Children's Code.

Adds language stating such persons now include "any other person to which a reasonable expectation of responsibility over the child has been assigned, regardless of where this person resides."

Broadens the scope of who can be held accountable for child abuse and neglect beyond parents, guardians, custodians, foster parents, and facility employees.

Effective date: November 1, 2013.
