Senate Bill 672 Summary

• Amends 63 O.S. 2011, Section 5006, relating to the powers and duties of the Oklahoma Health Care Authority

• Changes language in Section 5006.A.4 from "all matters connected with the provision" to "all matters and issues connected with the provision" of state-purchased and state-subsidized health care coverage

• Clarifies the Authority's responsibility to study issues related to health care provision by adding "and issues" to the existing statutory language

• Effective date set for November 1, 2013
