Amends 82 O.S. 2011, Section 862 to authorize the Grand River Dam Authority to employ regular full-time or reserve peace officers to enforce rules and regulations on district property and waters.

Peace officers employed by the district have full law enforcement powers during performance of duties, including authority to enforce criminal laws within counties where the Authority owns or leases real property.

Officers cannot serve or execute civil process as part of their peace officer duties.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
