Amends the definition of "administrative sanction" in the Insure Oklahoma statute to clarify that it refers to an order "entered by a court which makes" an individual ineligible for assistance, rather than the previous phrasing "the court may enter an order making" an individual ineligible

Updates a statutory cross-reference from "Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes" to "this title" for internal consistency

Applies to fraud and misrepresentation provisions governing Medicaid and Insure Oklahoma program eligibility
