Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 17-102 relating to the Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma.

Replaces the phrase "this act" with "Section 17-101 et seq. of this title" to provide clearer reference to the applicable statutory provisions governing the retirement system.

The Board of Trustees for the Teachers' Retirement System retains its corporate powers and authority to manage retirement allowances and benefits under the revised statutory references.

Becomes effective November 1, 2013.
