Prohibits use of laser sighting devices as hunting aids, except for battery-powered scoping devices that project light inside the scope and pin sight lights on archery equipment.

Allows possession of .22 caliber rimfire rifles or pistols with laser sighting devices while hunting or taking furbearers with hounds during legal open furbearer season with valid hunting license.

Defines "laser sighting device" as any artificial light that casts or reflects a beam of light onto or illuminates wildlife.

Exempts persons certified as 100% disabled by Social Security Administration or U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, or certified as legally blind by a licensed physician, from the prohibition if hunting on private property with an accompanying licensed hunter.

Establishes misdemeanor penalty for violation and becomes effective November 1, 2013.
