Amends 73 O.S. 2011, Section 15.1 to modify management and control of space within the State Capitol building between the Legislature and the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES)

Legislature retains management and control of the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth floors; basement spaces occupied as of June 1, 1995; and approximately 6,939 square feet in the west wing first floor previously occupied by the Department of Libraries

Upon relocation of appellate courts to the Wiley Post Historical Building, Legislature gains management and control of Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeals spaces in the second floor

Supreme Court retains exclusive management and control of its courtroom and designated robing room on the west wing second floor

OMES gains management and control of approximately 1,865 square feet in the basement designated as a fitness center adjacent to the southwest stairwell
