Amends 63 O.S. § 2-501 to expand peace officer powers of enforcement related to drug-related offenses, money laundering, and human trafficking activities.

Requires peace officers to ask individuals arrested for drug-related offenses whether they are currently receiving public assistance (food stamps, TANF, housing assistance, or Medicaid).

Mandates that law enforcement agencies collect responses to the public assistance question and make the data readily available to the Legislature upon request.

Adds investigative and arrest authority for peace officers regarding money laundering and human trafficking activities in addition to existing controlled substance enforcement powers.
