• Defines "unauthorized practice of law" as providing legal advice of any kind or acting on behalf of a client in legal matters without being licensed to practice law in Oklahoma

• Specifically includes appearing before court on behalf of a client or presenting documents to a court on behalf of a client as unauthorized practice of law

• Establishes unauthorized practice of law as a misdemeanor offense punishable by up to 6 months imprisonment in county jail, a fine up to $1,000, or both

• Creates new statutory section to be codified in Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1.1A of Title 5
