SCR2 Summary

• Urges Congress to require the U.S. Treasury Secretary to conduct a complete assay, inventory, and audit of all U.S. gold and silver reserves held at Fort Knox (Kentucky), Denver (Colorado), West Point (New York), and other locations.

• Requires analysis of security measures protecting these reserves and review by the Government Accountability Office, with findings transmitted to Congress.

• Distributes the resolution to Oklahoma's congressional delegation, the Treasury Secretary, Federal Reserve Bank of New York President, and the U.S. Comptroller General.
