Proposes a legislative referendum to amend 20 O.S. 2011, Section 92i, establishing a 12-year term limit for district judges and associate district judges in Oklahoma

Requires the measure to be submitted to voters at the next General Election for approval or rejection

Maintains existing requirements that candidates for district judge or associate district judge must be registered voters and actual residents of the appropriate county for at least 6 months prior to the filing period

Preserves the prohibition on candidates who have been removed from judicial office or resigned pending disciplinary proceedings from filing for judicial office

Directs the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to file the referendum with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage
