Proposes amendment to Section 12 of Article II of the Oklahoma Constitution to allow military service members to hold multiple offices simultaneously

Exempts from the dual office prohibition: National Guard members, National Guard Reserve members, Officers Reserve Corps members, Organized Reserves members, and Oklahoma State Guard members

Allows Legislature to enact implementing laws to further interpret and apply the constitutional amendment

Directs Secretary of State to refer the proposed amendment to voters for approval or rejection

Provides specific ballot language for voters to approve or reject the military service dual office-holding provision
